Our Story
We identified a critical challenge facing youth and recreational sports today: a nationwide shortage of referees threatening to sideline games and leagues across the country. Local sports arenas and smaller recreational leagues were struggling to find qualified officials, putting the future of community sports at risk.
That's why we built Reffi. A platform designed to address this core need in youth sports. We saw an opportunity to not only solve a pressing problem but to create meaningful opportunities in the process.
Our mission is simple but powerful: connect leagues with the referees they desperately need, ensuring that kids and adult leagues alike can continue playing the sports they love, unhindered by referee shortages.
